A little about my journey
I can understand and sympathise so deeply with the want to feel comfortable and beautiful in your skin. For me it has been quite the journey to feel this.
With having intense and angry skin for most of my years. I desperately searched for something to create some ease and support. While simultaneously trying to understand how to listen to what my body communicating to me and what I had to change within.
I played in all corners of western medicine, naturopathy and energetic healing, eventually coming to realise that I needed to turn back to simplicity, pull back into my inner wisdom and alchemise some skincare products, as nothing that was available out there was able to help.
I had to turn inward, connect with my intuition and look to the plants growing around me… I gathered the plants I felt that would support and paired them with nourishing, gentle oils that would carry the plants wisdom and deliver it to the skin. I realised the power of the plants and how they are able to remind us of what we have forgotten, to remind our skin how to feel nourished and nurtured again.
With all the wisdom that my journey has gathered, I can truly say that connecting deeper with Mother Nature and with yourself is where the true magic lies.
Mother Nature helps to be a reflection in what ways we have forgotten our truth and simplicity in our lives.

I believe our outer beauty, (our ability to shine), reflects our inner well-being and our body is constantly communicating with us where we are out of balance.
Any disturbance that shows up in our body is a sign that we are being misled from our own natural way.
To recreate inner and outer harmony, we have to redefine our connection with ourselves and with the intensity of love held within.
Mother nature holds an important part of the process.
She is the pure reflection of this innate healing essence that we all hold within, that can help shift what feels like the unshiftable.
