The Sacred Touch Ritual

Begin by setting the tone with soft lighting or a calming scent- perhaps an essential oil blend of rose or vanilla, or a candle.

  • Gently place your hands on your heart and breathe deeply. Feel the warmth of your hands as a reminder of your own presence and aliveness.

  • Slowly, with kindness and without rushing, trace your hands over your skin. Start with your face , your arms, your shoulders, your chest. Let your hands move slowly and intuitively move to the places that want some loving awareness, almost like you are discovering your body for the first time.

  • As you do this, repeat gentle affirmations:

  • "I honour my body."

  • "I am worthy of love and care."

  • "My body is my home, my sanctuary."

  • "I give myself the love that I need to thrive."

  • Allow yourself to receive the simple act of touch, to soften and to feel the love flowing from your hands into your being. Presence all that flows through; the resistance, the judgements held in certain parts of the body and just watch with compassion, dissolving it all back into love.

The Mirror Love Practice

Find a quiet space where you can look yourself in the mirror.

  • Stand in front of the mirror, breathing softly. Take a moment to look at yourself with gentle, loving eyes.

  • Looking deep into your eyes...activating the reconnection to the deepest part of yourself, watching everything beneath all the layers.

  • Acknowledge the strength, the beauty, the journey you've walked to get here.

  • Then, slowly trace your hands across your skin, on your face, your arms, your body. Feel the contours of your form. Acknowledge the experiences your body has carried for you.

  • Speak out loud, with kindness: "I love you. I appreciate you. You are enough, just as you are."

  • Allow any emotions that come up to be felt, to move through you, but always return to the love that you are offering yourself.

The Morning Breath Ritual

  • Start your day by closing your eyes, taking a deep breath in, and releasing any tension. As you breathe in, imagine pulling in soft, healing energy from the earth beneath you.

  • As you exhale, release anything weighing on you. Ask for it to be gone. Give your body permission to let it go.

  • Repeat this for 3 minutes, allowing your breath to anchor you to the present moment. Feel the support of the earth beneath you and the cleared, grounded energy guiding you for this new day.
